Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ripple-grteasury platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ripple-grteasury Ltd.
By accessing or using ripple-grteasury's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these terms.
ripple-grteasury provides a cloud-based treasury management and financial operations platform, including cash flow analytics, liquidity monitoring, payment orchestration, and connected banking integrations. The service is provided on a subscription basis and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable prior notice.
You must create an account to access the platform and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately at [email protected].
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at the prevailing rate. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account; disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for unused complete months remaining. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but will not auto-renew once cancelled. To initiate a cancellation or refund request, contact [email protected].
All content, software, algorithms, and trademarks on the ripple-grteasury platform are the exclusive property of ripple-grteasury Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond this licence.
You may not use the platform to engage in unlawful financial activity, market manipulation, money laundering, or any conduct that violates applicable law. Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract source code or proprietary data from the platform is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination and referral to relevant authorities.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including GDPR where relevant. You retain ownership of your financial data uploaded to the platform; we process it solely to deliver the service. We maintain industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information.
The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. ripple-grteasury does not provide regulated financial advice; platform outputs are informational tools only. You remain solely responsible for all treasury and investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ripple-grteasury's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall ripple-grteasury be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time with written notice. ripple-grteasury may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security or compliance risk. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
